The Software is provided with source code access. You may modify the code for your own use. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the source code or any derivative works.
The Software requires API keys from third-party providers (e.g., Wiro, ElevenLabs, OpenAI) to function. You are responsible for:

Your purchase includes free monthly updates for the lifetime of the product. We reserve the right to modify the frequency or scope of updates at any time.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, clipmatic.video shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or third-party API costs.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
